Redwood Nursery, an early childhood education provider, needed uniforms in a Pantone-specific maroon from their brand guidelines, on a reliable delivery schedule, from a direct manufacturer rather than a middleman.
Their previous vendor was a trader sourcing from India: colours drifted between deliveries, orders arrived late, and there was no accountability because the vendor did not control the factory. For a brand built on consistency, every mismatched batch was visible to parents.
Dyed fabric in-house to the exact Pantone maroon using lab dips and approvals, established batch-to-batch consistency through controlled production, and took over the full manufacturing chain, cutting, stitching, printing and packing under one roof. We also created contingency stock for smooth reorders.
Uniform sets matched perfectly across all sizes and styles, deliveries arrived on schedule, and there have been zero complaints from staff or parents. Client confidence restored, with ongoing repeat orders and a long-term relationship.
