The client

Dubai Future Foundation is the government-backed organisation behind the Museum of the Future and the UAE’s flagship innovation programs. For an upcoming activation, they needed a full set of branded merchandise: 500 custom hoodies, 500 tote bags, 500 kandura covers and 500 branded pouches, all manufactured, printed and delivered within four days.

The challenge

Four product categories means four different manufacturing processes running at once, each needing consistent branding and retail-quality finishing. For most suppliers, a project of this scale takes two to three weeks. DFF had four days.

What we did

We mobilised production immediately: fast-tracked scheduling across all four lines simultaneously, priority fabric sourcing and cutting, coordinated printing to keep branding visually identical across products, and dedicated quality control through the cycle. Everything ran on our own line in Ajman, which is the only reason parallel production at this speed was possible.

The result

All 2,000+ items delivered on schedule with consistent branding across every product. The activation proceeded without a single delay. When a government client with zero tolerance for slippage needed the impossible timeline, local in-house manufacturing delivered it.
